1. Return Eligibility
As our product is a sacred vastu item handcrafted for spiritual use, we currently do not accept returns unless the item is:
Damaged during transit
Defective or broken on arrival
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Provide clear photos or video proof of damage.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Change of mind or personal belief differences
Minor scratches or marks that do not affect usage
Delayed delivery due to courier partners
3. Refund Process
Once we verify your return request:
You may receive a replacement or full refund, depending on the case
Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipping only (usually within 6 hours of placing the order)
After dispatch, cancellation is not possible
